INTERNAL COMPLAINT COMMITTEE
In accordance with the guidelines issued by the National Commission for Women and the directives laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the landmark judgement of Vishakha & Others vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 13th August 1997, Disha Law College has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address and redress complaints related to sexual harassment of women within the institution. The committee is committed to ensuring a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all students and staff members.
