MOOT COURT COMMITTEE
The Moot Court Committee of Disha Law College is dedicated to fostering advocacy skills, legal research, drafting abilities, and courtroom etiquette among students. The committee serves as a platform for aspiring legal professionals to develop practical knowledge of the law and gain hands-on experience in simulated court proceedings.
The committee regularly organizes moot court competitions, client counseling sessions, legal drafting exercises, workshops, and training programs aimed at enhancing students’ analytical thinking, argumentation, and presentation skills. It also encourages participation in inter-college, national, and international moot court competitions, helping students gain exposure to diverse legal issues and advocacy practices.
